Gettin’ Personal with 30 Questions

I realised since creating this blog, I hadn’t really shared much personal posts about myself. I always love reading personal tags or blog posts from other bloggers, so I thought I would share one with you all about me! This is a tag I just found on the internet, so feel free to go ahead and do it also!

1. Are you named after someone?
Nope. My names Kianna for anyone that doesn’t know as my blog name doesn’t exactly help with that! My Mum told me she saw the name in the newspaper or something, but spelt a different way. My middle name however is named after one of my Dads family members.

2. When was the last time you cried?
Last week when I watched the last ever episode of Vampire Diaries. Yes, I was bawling the entire way through the episode…

3. Do you have kids?
Nope, I’m still young!

4. If you were another person, would you be a friend of yourself?
Hopefully haha! Bit of a bias question of course though…

5. Do you use sarcasm a lot?
Not a lot, but just when the opportunity arises.

6. Whats the first thing you notice about people?
I actually have no idea! Its definitely not something cliche like their eyes or teeth. Their hair maybe?

7. What is your eye colour?
My eyes don’t fall into one of the simple blue, green or brown categories. It’s a mixture of hazel, green and grey – depending on the light.

8. Scary movie or happy endings?
Happy endings.

9. Favourite smells?
Coffee, cinnamon, apple, toffee and the pages of books. (I’m a guilty book sniffer…)

10. What’s the furthest you’ve ever been from home?
Mexico I think, although I was on holiday with my family.

11. Do you have any special talents?
Unfortunately I am one of those talentless people – or I’ve just not yet discovered my talent. I can roll my tongue, which isn’t rare I suppose but that’s about it…

12. Where were you born?
Sunny Aberdeen in Scotland – where I still do live!

13. What are your hobbies?
This – blogging. Reading, discovering cute cafes and anything dog related.

14. Do you have any pets?
YES! Four doggos! Two of them are Labradoodles called Mia and Eva. The other two are Malshis (Maltese x Shitzu) called Pip and Sky. Fun fact, when Mum went to go and pick up Pip, we were only meant to get one but when she got there, there were only two left and she didn’t want the other one to be left herself. Hence Sky, and the surprise we got when Mum came back with two puppies instead one!

15. Do you have any siblings?
Yes, I have three older sisters!

16. What do you want to be when you grow up?
Aaaah, you can’t escape this question anywhere! I DON’T KNOW! But I think that’s ok. I don’t think theres a rush in deciding, but if its dog related then I’m all for it.

17. Who was your first best friend?
My crazy red head Amy, who is still my crazy bestie. Extra fun fact: we’ve lived two doors down from each other since we were tiny.

18. How tall are you?
I think I’m around 5ft 8″…

19. Funniest moment throughout school?
Oh god there’s so many! One that I always seem to remember though, is in second year of school (when you didn’t have a care in the world & there wasn’t any exams…), me and Lucy thought we were hilarious and glued a rubber to the teachers desk and always hid her blackboard pen because we sat in the seats directly in front of her desk. It doesn’t sound funny at all, but at the time, it was the most hilarious and rebellious thing ever.

20. How many countries have you visited?
I actually have no clue. I’ve mainly stayed within Europe for most of my time. Maybe 10?

21. What was your favourite/worst subject in High School?
That always depended on the year and the teacher. I used to hate Biology in third year, but loved it in fourth and onwards. And then I used to love Physics in fourth year, and then hated it in fifth. My overall worst subject would have had to be Geography – I always hated that and dropped it at the first opportunity I could. My favourite (and I’m judging this on the one I never hated), would probably be either Business Management or Modern Studies I think…

22. What is your favourite drink? Animal? Perfume?
My favourite fizzy juice is Irn Bru because I’m Scottish and that means every single Scottish person has to love Irn Bru. (Btw, it’s a lie – I know several Scottish people who infact do not like Irn Bru.) My favourite hot drink is coffee – or more specifically a Caramel Latte. I don’t have a favourite alcoholic drink yet, I’ve got time to figure that one out. My all time favourite animal has to be a dog, of course. But all animals are cute. My favourite perfume is probably Marc Jacobs Daisy Dream.

23. What would you name your children?
Definitely not thinking that far ahead haha!

24. What sports do you play/have you played?
I hate these questions because its a constant reminder of how boring and unfit I am. I don’t play any sports and the last sport I played was Netball in primary school. Yes, that was like seven years ago. Let’s not judge.

25. Who are some of your favourite Youtubers?
Admittedly, this is always changing depending on what I’m in the mood to watch. Love Kate La Vie, Our Tiny Tribe & Sophie Louise at the moment!

26. How many girlfriends/boyfriends have you had?
Do primary ones count??

27. Favourite memory from childhood?
This is when my mind goes blank and it’s like I haven’t existed the past eighteen years. My whole childhood was/is amazing (am I still a child… I don’t want to be an adult). My favourite memories are probably the ones that we were so easily pleased with and the times we were constantly outside playing at every opportunity possible. My funniest childhood memory (to me and my family), was probably when me and my sister were found behind the couch eating out of the sugar pot – so we got banned for sweets for a while. Fast forward a week, and my four year old cravings are real and it’s Easter. There’s creme eggs on the dangly hanging things on all the ASDA aisles and I want one. So I take one, and I attempt theft by sliding it into my pocket. Luckily my Mum catches me before we leave the shop…

28. How would you describe your fashion sense?
I’m not a massive fashion person, but I’ve been getting a bit more interested throughout the years. It changes day-to-do. I love simple, but I also love loud prints and colours.

29. What phone do you have?
An iPhone 6s.

30. Tell us one of your bad habits!
I mumble when I talk quite a lot. Is that a bad habit?

Thanks for reading if you got this far! If you answer these questions, then make sure you let me know so I can come and give it a read!
